GROUP FITNESS

ALIGN FIT (AF) Classes cover an array of fitness modalities and are adaptable to every body: inclusive of age, size, gender identification and experience level. All are welcome and encouraged.

 TYPES OF CLASSES:

  • Welcome to “STRONG”, our signature functional strength training class. This class will focus on technique and progression so you can lift heavy with confidence. Refine and train your SQUAT, LUNGE, HINGE, PUSH, PULL, ROTATION and PLANK using different resistance tools and modalities from kettlebells to barbells to TRX. All levels welcome. Good vibes only.

  • “EMPOWERED” classes combine strength training AND conditioning for a well-rounded workout. Feel empowered as you combine resistance training and plyometrics to improve strength, power, speed, and overall fitness. Class will focus on a variety of movements that highlight different muscle groups and movement patterns. All levels welcome. Good vibes only.

  • From breath to burn to bliss. "BLISSED" is a full-body experience designed to elevate your strength and center your mind. Class begins with grounding breath work and intentional mobility, then builds the burn with Pilates-inspired resistance training, then hits peak intensity with heart-pounding strength and cardio Tabata intervals. Finish with targeted core work and a closing meditation on the mat — leaving you sweaty, centered, and Blissed AF. All levels welcome. Good vibes only.

  • “STACKED” is a full-body strength class on your mat, utilizing moderate to heavy dumbbells and resistance bands only. Movements are "stacked" for a slow burn and to build muscular endurance. Starting with the upper body, moving to lower body, then total body, and core, you get a full body workout in each block that truly stacks up. All levels welcome. Good vibes only.

  • Looking to level up and test your metabolic threshold? Our "ADVANCED" class brings you the most challenging movements we can come up with from Strong and Empowered classes. Anything goes. Not suitable for beginners; participants must attend a minimum of 3 Strong and 3 Empowered classes to register.  Good vibes only.
